The Symsafe Group of Companies has protected Australian businesses since 2003. We’re an Australian-owned managed service provider and cybersecurity specialist, with the same team and the same standards for over two decades.
Symsafe started in 2003 with a simple idea: that small and mid-sized businesses deserve the same calibre of IT and security as the enterprise — delivered by people who answer the phone and remember your name.
Today, we run a 24/7 service desk, led from Sydney during business hours and backed by our India NOC out of hours. We hold ISO 27001:2022 certification and support clients with sites across Australia, New Zealand and APAC. Around-the-clock security monitoring runs on a specialist MDR platform, with every escalation investigated and actioned by our own engineers; network operations are supported from our India NOC. We’ve kept the same posture the whole way through: technology, systems, people — in that order, because the people are what make the technology worth anything.

Account for the work
Quarterly business reviews with the numbers in writing: tickets, incident response, security posture. The reports go to leadership whether they’re flattering or not.
