We currently use Symsafe to manage our network and devices which can largely be done remotely, providing a high level of response. Since moving to the Symsafe Hosted Exchange solution, we have been able to reduce the complexity and risk of managing our onsite server. We have experienced a greater level of availability for our business email system and are more comfortable with the offsite management of the security and backup.
